Relive a part of Colorado Springs’ history as a resident of Cascade Park Apartments. Historians trace its origins back to the 1884 construction of the Hagerman Mansion, which is the centerpiece of the Cascade Park community.

Live in grandeur created by Winfield Scott Stratton, architect of the Hagerman Mansion. Experience the elegance enhanced by the Russian czar, Benjamin Leftkowski and Ethel Georgia, the mansion’s second owners. In 1938, the Leftkowski’s converted the mansion into 22 apartments. By 1935, they developed a hotel to the north, and today with a carriage house and three other structures, Cascade Park encompasses an entire block offering more than 77 different floorplans.

In an effort to keep the heritage and history of this property alive, we strive to keep the community as Mr. Hagerman, Mr. Stratton, and the Leftkowski’s would have wanted it. We continue to offer elegant, beautiful, and historical living at its finest, with all the tranquility of a park atmosphere.
