The AMO® accreditation recognizes excellence among real estate management firms. Only those firms that achieve the highest level of performance, experience and financial stability and that have a CPM® in an executive position can earn the AMO® credential. Only 6 percent of all management companies in the United States are accepted into the AMO® program.

Monthly financial results are reviewed by a CPA with seasoned financial statement experience gained in a senior-manager level of a "Big Five" firm and over six years experience in property management accounting at Griffis/Blessing. Our accounting technicians have an average of eight years of property management accounting experience.
